Hydraulic Nuts/Bolts
The award winning technology from Nova HydraNut is the solution for all critical bolting application where downtime, safety and joint integrity is essential. HydraNut provides accurate bolt preload in the form of 100% tightening and can withstand temperature above 600F.
Boltight tools feature the latest technologies including composite material seals for enhanced performance. Safety features include colour coding to match tools, pumps and hoses to the maximum operating pressures. Boltight tools are CE marked where appropriate in accordance to the European Pressure Directives.

Subsea Hydraulic Tensioners
Boltight subsea tools incorporate a combined body and bridge, lifting eye bolt, 30 mm piston stroke, 1500 bar operating pressure, twin hydraulic connections, a maximum piston stroke indicator and a split reaction nut. Lower cost solid reaction nuts are also available.
The Norbar Handtorque Multiplier is the most comprehensive multiplier range available. Standard products are available up to 47,500 N.m (35,000 lbf.ft) and 'specials' to 100,000 N.m (73,000 lbf.ft). A range of 'nose extensions' for reaching difficult to access bolts and full range of torque transducers for highly accurate torque monitoring are available.
The Norbar Pneutorque consists of a robust air motor driving a Norbar multiplier with three or more stages of epicyclic gearing. The operation of Pneutorque is quiet - less than 85dB(A) with absolutely no impacting. These two factors make Pneutorques comfortable for the operator to use, reducing fatigue and consequently increasing safety. Models are available up to 100,000 N.m (73,000 lbf.ft).
